Seth Rubinson has successfully litigated hundreds of complex, high-stakes cases with a particular emphasis on the representation of clients in the energy and financial sectors.

Seth substantially devotes his practice to representation of energy sector, financial advisors, and general business clients in complex commercial disputes in trial courts throughout the State of Texas, as well as Financial Industry Regulatory Authority ("FINRA") arbitrations across the United States.  In addition to regularly handling cases in Florida and Massachusetts where he is admitted, Seth has appeared pro hac vice in trial courts across the United States including California, Illinois, Michigan and Rhode Island.

 

Seth believes that his clients' best interests are represented by avoiding litigation whenever possible.  However, when litigation or arbitration must be pursued, it must be pursued aggressively with tireless effort on behalf of the client with the client's full participation to ensure the best outcome possible.
