Seth Rubinson has successfully litigated hundreds of complex, high-stakes cases with a particular emphasis on the representation of clients in the real estate development, energy, construction and financial advising sectors.

Seth is often retained by clients when other firms have failed to find solutions to their business problems.  He believes that with hard work and careful strategic planning, no problem is too big to be solved.

 

Seth substantially devotes his practice to representation of energy sector and real estate development clients in complex commercial disputes in trial courts throughout the State of Texas and also individuals and business concerns primarily in Miami-Dade County, Florida.  Additionally, Seth represents investment advisers before FINRA arbitration panels in matters of CRD record expungement and other matters.

 

Seth believes that his clients' best interests are represented by avoiding litigation whenever possible.  However, when litigation or arbitration must be pursued, it must be pursued aggressively with tireless effort on behalf of the client with the client's full participation to ensure the best outcome possible.
