Daniel H. Kline - Of Counsel

Daniel H. Kline, Esq. works on the firm's securities related matters and is an experienced attorney licensed in New Jersey State and Federal Courts, New York State Court, and the District of Columbia Court of Appeals. Daniel is also a FINRA Dispute Resolution Arbitrator. Daniel has successfully represented a wide array of clients including commercial and residential real estate developers, municipalities, land use boards, government agencies, elected officials, political candidates, businesses, and insurance carriers. 

Daniel previously served on the Roxbury Township, New Jersey, Council, where he was the youngest-elected Councilman in Roxbury’s 275+ year history. Daniel also earned his J.D. from Rutgers Law School while serving as a Councilman; where he was awarded the Governor’s Executive Fellowship from the Eagleton Institute of Politics, and earned his B.A. in History and Political Science with a minor in Psychology from Rutgers College, Rutgers University – New Brunswick, during which time he competed as a pole vaulter on the Rutgers Track & Field team and was also a member of the Alpha Epsilon Pi fraternity.
